ZOLLO terms overview.

ZOLLO is intended for lawful email marketing, product communication, transactional messaging, and B2B outreach with appropriate consent, unsubscribe handling, and provider compliance.

Responsible sending

Users must send lawful email, honor consent and unsubscribe requirements, and follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, provider policies, and other applicable rules.

Contact data

Users are responsible for the source, accuracy, permission basis, retention, deletion, and lawful use of contacts imported into ZOLLO.

Provider accounts

Users are responsible for connected email provider accounts, API keys, sender domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending limits, and reputation.

Prohibited activity

ZOLLO should not be used for deceptive sender identities, credential harvesting, malicious links, unlawful spam, or content that violates provider policies.

Workspace access

Organizations should assign roles carefully, remove former team members promptly, and protect credentials used for login, providers, and API access.

Billing

The paid plan is billed through Stripe after the 7-day free trial unless cancelled before conversion.
